The loft offers a full bathroom of its own! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs, 3 DVDs, gas fireplace, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms, den and loft. Main living/dining area is wood flooring. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. We have stayed at Sea Colony for the past 16 years. Location is great, unit has great natural light. Kitchen is well equipped. Two items that were a disappointment, first was the mattress in the primary bedroom was like sleeping on a rock, second were the holes in the screens of the screened in porch. Let in mosquitoes so we were not able to leave the sliding doors open.

Needs much improvement with cleaning. Dusty, old carpets. Location is good, floor plan is spacious. Wouldn’t rent again because of condition and bad cleaning

The house was spacious and felt open. There was more than enough space for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed to cook meals for our holiday. The location to my grandchildren’s favorite pool was ideal.

We have been coming to Sea Colony for many years and this was my favorite place we stayed at. It was clean and very spacious. We loved being so close to the newly renovated Aquatic Center. My grandchildren enjoyed the splash pad and pool. We had a great vacation!

This house has everything you could want! We had a wonderful week here- perfect location for biking around the community. We have - 12 ,9, and 5 year old and they had enough space to spread out. The house was impeccably clean. My only negative feedback would be the blinds in the bedrooms did not keep out sunlight- so the kids woke up earlier than we would have liked on vacation.
