The top floor is home to a full hallway bathroom and all three master suites, including one with its own private sundeck and custom walk-in shower. We rented 20015 Greenway Dr this summer for two weeks in September and loved it. This nicely appointed home is a great place to relax and enjoy all that amenity rich Sea Colony has to offer. The 3br home has a comfortable living area and a wonderful kitchen is beautifully nestled against a beautiful wooded area in the east side of Sea Colony. At first, we were concerned about being so far from the beach but quickly found out that the home is a peaceful, natural sanctuary from the summertime hustle and bustle. From inside the house, we saw a large red fox, five bucks, and other "wildflife". That said, you are only steps away from the tennis and pickleball courts and playground areas for the kids. In 5 minutes drive, you can be on the Sea Colony beach with parking passes provided. It's a lovely home and we recommend it a relaxing place to rent in Bethany with all the action you want "down the street" in Sea Colony and the restaurants and shops nearby.
