This bright and cheerful second-floor corner Golf Villa-style condo, with two bedrooms, loft and three bathrooms - at approximately 1,939 square feet - offers the utmost in convenience and is in a wonderful location overlooking one of the community's small ponds. Screened porch and open air deck too! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer too. This condo is on-smoking. Guests can enjoy four TVs (one is 46-inches), two DVD players, Blu-ray, and WiFi.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant.

Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.)

The WiFi signal was seriously lacking . . . We could but work from the condo which was a real issue. The ice dispenser was frozen shut which we fixed and there was significant dirt in the kitchen areas (trash can, wall near the trash can, and doors to laundry). Worse however, was the bed linens in the master bedroom… The master bedroom bed, even though the property included sheets/linens, did not have an actual set of sheets. It had a bed spread and 2 flat sheets (not a fitted sheet covering the mattress). The bottom flat sheet did not fit the bed and we were literally sleeping on the mattress in places. I do not understand why housekeeping did not put on a proper set of sheets and even worse, makes us wonder if the sheets were even changed and clean from the previous guests. Very uncomfortable nights of sleep.

This unit was beautifully decorated and very clean! We rented for 3 nights for 3 adults and 2 children under 2 so we liked the 2 main bedrooms on the main level The area was clean and spacious for the little ones to crawl/play in the evening
