As others mentioned, this is an older home with very uneven floors. I would not recommend it for someone with mobility issues. The kitchen is big enough with seating for 8 people and between the two interior living spaces, the large screened-in front porch, and the rooftop deck, we had plenty of room to spread out. With the exception of the small room with two twins on the first floor (possibly a closed-in former side porch), the remaining 4 bedrooms had plenty of space. Off-street parking is a nice bonus. We would rent this again.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Perfect for our big group, down to enough kitchen supplies and plenty of glasses/ silverware for large groups. Great closet space in every king spacious room and right in the heart of town where we didn't have to drive anywhere. This home was kept updated and very comfortable for a large group!.

This house is amazing and does have a private outdoor shower. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Really love the front porch for coffee mornings. If your looking for a Space for the whole family this is it. Yes the top deck does have furniture.

The house is in need of repair. The flooring is coming up, especially in the kitchen, and the floors throughout the house are uneven. You could roll a marble from one side of the house to the other. Also the steps in the home should be highlighted for people to know BEFORE booking that there are many small steps. This was difficult for older guests to maneuver around and dangerous with the young ones walking around. Not happy with this home, ESPECIALLY considering the price. Would not recommend. The kitchen is also smaller than the photos would make it seem. The one real positive is the location near all the Rehoboth attractions. But I’d rather be farther and have a nicer place to stay.

The week that we spent at 33 Maryland Avenue in Rehoboth Beach was fantastic. The best part about this property is the location. We parked the cars and walked everywhere we wanted to go. No fighting traffic or paying for parking. The street is quiet, yet close to the Avenue and the Board Walk. The house is clean and bright, with plenty of room for big family dinners either on the front porch, in the dining area or on the picnic tables in the back yard. We had a fantastic week together because this property was so clean, welcoming and convenient.
