I loved the location, the house was very clean and had everything me and my family of 12 needed. Quiet neighborhood close to all the stores. I had a pre Thanksgiving dinner and everyone was comfortable

The house was newly renovated (or a new house). Very clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own privacy when needed but main living area was large enough for us all.

My husband and I hosted our two children & spouses, their children, and a small dog and this house couldn't have been more perfect. We've rented in the Maryland/Delaware area before and this was hands-down the best experience. This was the first time that we've been able to bring a dog and a first with a pool - both game changers for us! Other reviewers have noted the 10 minute drive to the beach with other walkable options nearby, it's really great. The house itself is spectacular - contemporary, clean, well stocked, and well thought-out spaces including private beds and baths for everyone. The kids were thrilled! We also had an exceptional experience with the property manager who was very responsive and accommodating with the couple of things that we needed help with. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again!

This house has everything. Convenient location, beautiful decor, spacious and clean! We were a group of ten and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable. The pool area is great. Wish there was more shade but we made do. We would book this again.

This house was perfect for our large group. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. The location is not walking distance to the beach but it still so convenient. It’s a quick and easy bike ride downtown, and there’s other restaurants walking distance to the house. Revelation brewery was a fun time and just around the corner. There was a community art event with music and drinks Monday and Friday evening also walking distance. If you are a light sleeper or have young kids I suggest bringing ear plugs and a sound machine. The house has a beautiful open concept and high ceilings, so sound carries.
