Grande at Canal Pointe - 37484 Liverpool Ln

This house was perfect for our family of three couples and two small children. It is in a well maintained and beautiful housing development with two pools and a multi-use court. One pool was a three minute walk from us. It was large and never crowded. Downsides: the court was first-come first served and often in use. The pool did not open u til 10 am and did not allow toys like beach balls. The location was convenient to multiple beaches and the boardwalk. Even with traffic it was never more than a 10-minute drive. We loved the back deck, where we spent many evening gs. It overlooked a shared green lawn with a large pond. Foxes and deer families would visit in the evenings.

House was perfect - just as described - plenty of room for our family. Well stocked kitchen - gas stove a plus. Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. This is our 2nd year staying in this home and want to come back next year.

Very spacious. Large kitchen with dining area also had a large dining room that we didn't even use. Bedrooms were great. We had a great time and enjoyed everything about this house. Would stay here again.

This was a great property! Clean, well-maintained, and nicely stocked. The view off the back deck is exceptionally relaxing with a view of the pond and water fountain. This property is walking distance from the "back" pool in the development. This pool is quiet and not as kid-friendly. The front pool is full of families enjoying the sun. It was great to have both options. The knives in the kitchen were few and dull. It was very hard to cut items like watermelon or small fruit that required a pairing knife (very dull). We would definitely stay again!
