We love this location so much - so close to all the shops and great restaurants in Rehoboth, and steps to the beach and boardwalk. We wish we were there to catch a performance at Clear Space theater, which shares the building. Our visit was in February so parking was easy compared to the summer. We had some difficulty with the door code to the unit (usually took 2 or 3 tries... it was 10 digits). The place is roomy and well supplied - and mostly clean except for a few cups that had to be rinsed. Guests should be prepared for some noise at night, coming from other renters in the building as well as the restaurant next door. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would probably return.

Proximity to boardwalk and beach was excellent. Unit was fine for 4 people on a short trip.

A hairdryer in the condo would be nice. Overall, nice place, close to beach, clean. Noise level was ok (loud at night when neighboring business were closing up). Also would be nice to have outside shower/faucet to rinse sand off before going inside. Would stay again.

The location of this property is spot on! Easy walking distance to all things Rehoboth. Clean and spacious. It is a bit noisy at night with the small restaurant right next door. But that would not prevent us from booking this property again.
