Carolina Street Beach is a quick walk away and allows dogs before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m. daily. This home boasts outdoor living at its finest! Whether sitting on the back patio enjoying a cool beverage or sharing a meal cooked on the Weber grill, the focal point will be the heated in-ground pool. Kids will love playing basketball with a fun poolside court. The yard has been freshly landscaped with a sweet privacy fence for your safety. The home is also equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Inside, this retreat hosts an inviting living area with a comfortable sectional and a TV and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a gorgeous kitchen island where you can enjoy all of your meals. For added fun, enjoy a good variety of games and puzzles. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and sand toys are also available should you want to visit the sand and waves again. The saltwater pool will be open from May 15 until October 1, 2026.

Pool heat is available for an additional cost of $125/day and must be opted in/out for the entire stay. We are unable to turn it on or off during specific days for your stay. Rentals longer than one week will require a mid-stay clean at the guest's expense.

This home is lovely and couldn't have been more perfect for our vacation. The yard and pool are beautiful. The easy pool entry is awesome for young and old alike. The patio sofa became a favorite gathering place with family members and morning coffee. The layout, with a bedroom on the main floor, was a big bonus since we had an older family member who has a tough time with stairs. Our kids loved the well-designed and sturdy bunkbeds. It is fantastic to be able to walk to the beach and Fifer's farm market. And the Rehoboth boardwalk is just a five-minute drive away. We hope to be back!

This is a wonderful beach house and the Rehoboth/Dewey area. House has all the amenities we could want including the pool. The kitchen was stopped with everything we needed from big pots to sharp knives for food prep. It's a lot closer than I expected to the beach and to the Dewey bars. We would definitely rent this house again.

This is a great house located between Rehoboth + Dewey Beach. It's actually more walkable to Dewey. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to families! We loved the backyard entertaining space and pool. The kitchen was well equipped and open concept to the living space. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. We did reach out regarding heating the pool because it was way too cold for our 10 month old baby but never heard back from anyone. We also had an issue with the hot water heater that was resolved in a timely manner by maintenance. The house could have used a good mopping/dusting before our arrival. Mosquitos are bad so bring citronella candles/bug zapper. Overall, great home in a great location.

The pool was clean and fresh water, nice grass but lots of mosquitos especially after the rain - bring bug spray! Beds super comfortable too! Large fridge for lots of food to share.
