Its a beautiful property. Would definitely rent again. I would like our early departure to be addressed

Negatives: Central doesn’t work so kitchen and living room are too warm. And the bedrooms each have window units (very noisy ones) and they are not properly installed and there was no side panel in primary suite. Towels were used as a repair from maintenance. In one bedroom, cardboard was used as side panel. Very disappointing for family. Also only 5 hangers total in a 3 bedroom unit. No suitcase racks in any of bedrooms, street noise is high due to location and single paned windows. Unhoused person squats on sidewalk smoking on our walk to beach/boardwalk everyday. And couch is so uncomfortable as noted by others. Positives: unit is large and all rooms are large. Close to beach, kitchen was adequate

Went for a girls weekend. Place was nice and roomy. Bring your own beach towels, shampoo/conditioner and buy ice.

I encountered numerous issues with this rental, which was extremely disappointing given that I had proactively reached out after booking with several questions, yet received nothing beyond automated or unhelpful responses. I specifically asked for confirmation that the leak (which can cause potential mold issues) mentioned in past reviews had been resolved, as members of our group have severe mold sensitivities. They assured me the concern would be escalated, but I never received an update and unfortunately, did fall ill by the second evening. Parking was also a major issue. Although the unit accommodates 10 guests, it only provides 2 parking spaces. With overnight street parking prohibited and all town lots requiring permits (none of which were available through apps or otherwise), we contacted the team for assistance. We even asked if we could use an unused spot from another unoccupied unit, but again received no help. After driving around Rehoboth for 45 minutes, we had no choice but to risk parking on the street. While I understand the limit of 2 spaces, a property of this size should at least be able to provide nearby alternatives that allow overnight parking, even if for an additional fee. Cleanliness was another concern. Upon arrival, we found a large pile of sand at the entrance, dark marks on the walls, and a jacuzzi tub with non-functioning jets despite following the provided instructions. The only positives were the size of the unit and its close proximity to the beach. Additionally, the contract was misleading. It stated that early check-in or late check-out might be available for a fee, yet when asked, we were told this is never an option. We were fine paying extra, but instead were left waiting until the already late check-in time only to find the unit was not properly cleaned. Overall, this rental feels like a business focused solely on profit rather than guest experience. If their service improves in the future, the location and size may make it worthwhile. But based on our stay, the lack of responsiveness on multiple occasions, cleanliness, and care for guest concerns, especially health related ones, was unacceptable.

Definitely has the 3 Ls!!!! Needs some general maintenance as bed and couch were broken upon arrival but fixed within a reasonable time frame. Confusing as to who owns/can use what appears to be community beach chairs/umbrellas? Parking is invaluable! Community theater in shared building is adorable and should not be missed!! Overall wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful condo. Well maintained and very clean. Location could not be beat. Will definitely rent again.
