Loved the location and had a great time; even with Hurricane Erin impacting the weather! We had some issues with the house (garbage totes filled with previous occupants’ garbage; dog hair on furniture; dog waste left in the backyard). The company was responsive when it came to picking up the garbage right away.

We rented this home as it was just down the street from relatives home. Home was fantastic for our family and would rent again even without family down the street. Beautiful neighborhood with a quiet pool and a more lively pool for the kids. Home is situated with a large green area behind with a trail a few homes away down to the canal . With the green area you have a very private feel to the back deck area. Will rent again.

The house itself is lovely. Great kitchen well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to cook or make food. Also had beach chairs and sand toys on hand. That was a nice perk. Great in that sense. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and yet have own space. The furniture is from goodwill and IKEA. Nothing wrong with that but at least make an effort to make the interior look somewhat nice given how nice outside is. This looks like the first apartment after college inside. Also the house could use a power wash. Cobwebs and dust everywhere.
