Location was great and place was clean

We stayed here to visit the shellville village this house was perfect for the 5 of us. In the perfect location and was super clean and the staff was so efficient and helpful when we had issues!

We had a great time! Very convenient to route 1. It was very clean and had all the basics you need for a week there. The road noise was not too bad, it didn’t bother us at all. It was great to bring the dog on a family trip. We definitely want to come back next summer!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful three-level property, just minutes from Rehoboth Beach! It’s perfect for families or groups — each floor has its own spacious bedroom, a full bathroom, and a TV, offering privacy and comfort for everyone. The main living floor was the heart of the home, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, and everything you need to prepare meals. The large dining table and cozy living area made it easy for everyone to relax together, and the high-speed internet along with Netflix, Prime Video, and more kept us entertained. The home also had thoughtful touches like a washer, dryer, vacuum, and ironing boards and irons available on multiple levels — making longer stays incredibly convenient. The welcome pack was amazing — it included dishwasher liquid, dish sponges, laundry detergent, and more. Plus, there were plenty of plates, glasses, and crockery to easily support a group of 10. For beach days, everything was ready: beach chairs, mats, toys, and even a carriage to make trips to the sand a breeze. After a day out, we loved grilling in the backyard and relaxing outdoors. The bathrooms were stocked with good-quality shampoo, conditioner, Dove soap, and plenty of fresh towels — another detail that made a big difference. The garage and parking setup was also perfect, with one indoor garage and two outdoor spots. Every little detail in this home has been carefully thought out to make your stay easy, relaxing, and fun. We can’t recommend this property enough and are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located to both the main highway (with restaurants and shopping) and the beach. We would stay here again!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw how sleek, clean, and well designed the space was. It worked perfectly for our family so that adult children had their own floor, while my husband and I had the master suite on the top floor. The sun poured though large windows, but if you wanted to sleep in, the rooms were still dark. We were only there for 2 nights over Thanksgiving and didn’t experience the noise. The location is near the access road, so we didn’t have to deal with Route 1, outlet traffic.
