Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light. The open and airy concept throughout promotes togetherness and great conversation. Cozy up by the fireplace with a good book or host a movie night on the large TV in the living area. The group's chef will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with all the counter space you could ever want. The main bedroom is comfortable and spacious, boasts ample storage, and an elegant en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The location is a fantastic place centrally located in the Lewes and Rehoboth area with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. However, the overall maintenance and cleanliness of this space is lackadaisical at best, and unacceptable for a rental property costing $2000 a week. Stay in the area, not in this property.

It was perfect for 7 people, close to beaches and great little quiet space. The only notable things was the outdoor outlet in front of the house wasn't working, and the beds are firm (which the guests preferred softer). Great patio with fire pit and grill, and an excellent house overall! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

The fenced in yard for my dog was wonderful. The yard was meticulously, landscaped, and taken care of. The whole neighborhood was quiet, which created a restful calming vacation experience. Our group of four did not need to be on top of the ocean. This home was a lovely intermediary location and worked well for our group of four. The kitchen layout was not conducive to a lot of bodies at the same time in a small area. We did not make dinners so spacing was a minor blip. It’s obvious the owners want it to be a welcoming and a visually pleasant experience!

As a family of four with two dogs, we were all very comfortable in this house. Everyone had plenty of room. The backyard was especially a treat, it was very nice to sit with our dogs to relax and enjoy the day. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Also nice quiet streets to take a walk with a very pretty pond at the entrance of the development. It was slightly further from our favorite beach, but not too far at all. As a plus, we were closer to some nice restaurants and coffee places that we would have missed otherwise. It was a great central location from many directions. We would highly recommend!
