This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very easy to check into, the location was great, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything and very nicely stocked. Loved the screened in porch! We would definitely come back.

This property was EXTREMELY clean which was greatly appreciated. It had a well stocked kitchen. I loved the cleaning kit they provided. It felt like a hotel with the ease of everything.

The porch has windows and provided great extra space for our family. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and recently renovated. The location was easy to find, quiet, and had plenty of privacy. The kitchen was stocked well for our uses and everything had been cleaned. Some finishes are lacking - the primary bathroom is far superior to the guest bathroom (the toilet seat is loose, the shower curtain liner was only 3/4 of the length needed, etc). The furniture is cheap but functional (we appreciated that the bedside tables had built-in chargers). There are some stains on the sofa and the mattresses; the mattresses and pillows are also very very firm. Overall, we found this to be in a good location (about 15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from shopping) and a very reasonable price for a pet-friendly rental.

We came all the way from Canada, and I was extremely happy with how big and clean this home was. The location is amazing and close to Rehoboth beach, and the Ferry. The community is very nice and quiet, and all the neighbors are welcoming and friendly. I loved the sun room!
