Conveniently situated between Rehoboth and Dewey, you are just a walk or short drive to either beach these amazing towns have to offer. This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Delight yourself with meals alfresco in the screened porch furnished with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area. Warm-weather barbecues are ideal, thanks to the gas grill available. Although there is a fenced yard for the doggies, there is no entrance from the home to this area. Location is great. House is as shown and has a nice layout. The screened porch is a real bonus!

The home was very comfortable, the road was quite, and everything was very clean. It was also walking distance to the "best liquor store in America" according to Tony Kornheiser, Bin 66. The screened in porch came was great to sit outside on and enjoy the weather. The only things keeping it from being a 5 were the broken remote and an issue with getting in since the code for the door we were initially given were wrong. Overall if I could go 4.5 instead of 4 I would.
