I’ve stayed in this particular house for the last 7 years now and the price has almost tripled. Mostly in the last two years., Other than that The house is located steps from the beach and around the corner from route 1 which has a lot of great restaurants and night life within walking distance, not far from the boardwalk in rehoboth via car or jolly trolley
