House was great, very close to beach and main avenue.

The photos of this home did not disappoint! We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, and usable this home is! Very clean (thank you!), and comfortable. Enough room for up to 10 people to sleep, and also to be away from each other (if need be, lol)! The pool area is amazing! (and the hot tub), and the party barn is incredible! I loved that it is very quiet there and very close to the beach and boardwalk, grocery stores, the Tanger Outlet and restaurants! So much more! We would give this place a "10" and will definitely stay again, because we didn't rent long enough to use the grill, and the fire pit!!

We all had a great stay at this wonderful retreat. It was such a fun break within walking distance to so much - restaurants, coffee, playground, farmer's market. The backyard retreat was the real treasure though. The pool was tastefully incorporated into a fabulous entertainment area that included a pool barn, hot tub, table-top fireplace, Weber grill, deck furniture and bar. This property feels very freshly remodeled and was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoy cooking and had all that we needed in the kitchen for a variety of meals. The bedrooms were a cozy retreat and the beds luxurious. We agreed that our stay felt longer than it actually was...which is the best feeling for a vacation!

The house was clean, and all of the amenities were functioning as expected. Everything was clean and most things were stocked well. I could not find trash bags to replace the cans with when we were done, and I didn't see and dishwasher detergent, but that was fine. Also, the glass range had a crack in it that would make me wary of using one of the burners, but I'm sure they are aware and just didnt have time to replace it before we got there. Beautiful house, and great amenities!

Great house all the cooking utensils I needed comfortable furniture

This is a fantastic property - the layout, size, cleanliness, amenities and location. To begin, the house has a great layout and is very spacious. It can easily sleep 10 people. It has three comfortable bedrooms and then a back room area (essentially a family room), which has a nice pullout sofa, seating area and giant tv. The house is renovated and has a great WiFi system that works throughout the entire property and backyard. The backyard has a great private fenced space with a beautiful inground pool. Note that I was there off-season with my family so I did not get to enjoy it but it looks really nice. There is also an amazing "party barn," complete with table/chairs, dining area, bar, full fridge, 2 tvs and full modern bathroom. You will likely spend a lot of time out here in the summer with friends and family poolside. There is even a Peloton in the party barn which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, there is also a hot tub in the back which worked great for drinks on the deck at night. As for location, there is plenty of privacy for peace and quiet, but is close enough to walk to dozens of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach and a great way to start the morning (plus plenty of coffee shops on the way to the boardwalk). Overall it's a great place to get away for a week or long weekend. I highly recommend it for a family (or two).
