Plan your next boating or fishing getaway at this beautiful, riverfront cabin in Lac du Flambeau. Set on a quiet river that serves very few homes, this peaceful retreat features a gorgeous, open interior with knotty pine walls and ceilings, rustic, handcrafted furnishings, and plenty of desirable amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Whip up everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for casual dining. Gather around the table for six for mealtimes or family game nights, or indulge in an al fresco experience with a view from the screened, three-season porch. Close out your evenings by warming up in the glow of your wood stove while you relax. Outdoors, borrow one of the provided kayaks and head out on the water from the 125-foot dock, return home and fire up the gas grill for summertime cookouts, and then meet up at the firepit to roast s'mores and watch the stars come out. THINGS TO KNOW Double sofa bed included. Full kitchen (no dishwasher). Two kayaks and accessories available upon request. A 4x4 or equivalent is recommended in winter. This property is managed by VueStay Vacations. *The public boat launch on Amber Lake is on West Amber Lake Road. From the boat launch, renters would proceed north along the western shore to Amber Creek which meanders approx. 3/4's of a mile to the property

We loved our stay at the cabin - the screened porch is the star and provided a lovely place to read, unwind and have dinner on cool summer nights. The location is convenient to all the amenities of Minocqua but tucked away in a beautiful and especially quiet corner of the Northwoods. We didn't see or hear much activity around us, and it doesn't seem like many other homes are nearby on the river. A couple of areas for improvement - the beds and bedding were not especially comfortable, and the Wifi was fairly slow and dropped occasionally. Overall, would highly recommend. Loved having lots of different living areas, the home felt very spacious. The kitchen was simple but functional and well equipped for cooking. The cabin was cozy and had a lot of Northwoods character in the furniture and how it was decorated. Absolutely loved having river access and kayaks available. It took us about half an hour to kayak down to Amber Lake, and it's a beautiful trip on the river.

This cabin had everything we were looking for. The 3-season room was a great place to sit and enjoy the sounds of the woods without having to worry about the bugs. It was quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for. Cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor glider chairs on the pier were a nice place to sit in the evening and listen to the birds and bullfrogs. We would stay here again!
