Delton Grand Resort #406

Overall, the stay at the property was okay. I’d definitely say this is more ideal for someone who is just looking to sleep at the property and not enjoy any of the amenities. I’ll start with the positives first. The view was great, everything was updated, the location was near everything, and the couch and bed were very comfortable. Now for the negatives. The WiFi did not work, which then made the tvs not work. There was no service inside the property (not the property’s fault), but it would be nice if the WIFI actually was usable for this reason. Communication was extremely poor. By what I could see on the booking page, there was supposed to be a pool and hot tub. I was unable to find these on my first night, so I texted the number that was supposed to help me. I was told there was a pool and hot tub in the 400 building, but there was no way for me to get directions until the local team was contacted. I went on all night talking to what I assume was AI as I was getting the same response over and over again about the access codes when I was just asking where the hot tub was. I finally asked another visitor and was told that the pool and hot tub were actually in a different building, when the booking ad was definitely misleading about this. Overall I’d say the poor communication and lack of WIFI or cell phone service will likely lead me to never stay here again.
