Upon arrival, there was a large patch of ice in front of the steps to the front door. This should of been removed way before our arrival. Had to deal with it the whole stay. Very very unsafe. We did not have a toaster the first morning of our stay, but we did notified the staff and they dropped one off the second day. No rugs. Floors were cold and slippery from the snow. The worse part was the water that had a terrible awful smell. We had to purchase ice and bottle water for coffee, drinking, washing face and brushing teeth. Tried showering and that was a mistake. Had to wait till I got home to shower again and remove the smell. The awful smell of the water ruin the whole stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice property.
