Roomy clean quiet place beautiful view on lake what more could you ask for!

This cabin instantly reminded me of my grandparents’ cottage in Shawano—right down to that beachy cottage smell, which was so nostalgic. We loved being able to tie up our boat at the dock, the convenient fish-cleaning station, the well-stocked kitchen, the firepit, and of course the beautiful lake view. We spent all day Saturday fishing for crappie and bluegill and had our own fish fry that night. The lake has panfish, northern, and muskie, and while conditions were perfect, a fish finder is helpful since it gets shallow in spots. A few downsides: there’s no AC, so Saturday got pretty hot even with the fans provided (we brought an extra box fan, which helped). Outdoor lighting wasn’t accessible as far as we knew, which made docking after dark tricky—we ended up cleaning our fish by cellphone light. Also, there isn’t a beach area per se; I brought my kayak but would’ve had to launch at the public boat ramp. There are steps off the dock for swimming, though. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return for a week, but the lack of AC was a real bummer. Hopefully that’s something the owners consider adding in the future. As a special bonus, the morning we left we woke up to a bald eagle perched on the dock.

Nice, quiet spot. 3 of us stayed here for a fishing weekend and had plenty of room to spread out. Very clean. Fish cleaning station was a great little bonus. Only gripe was that every time someone needed to enter the house, they had to enter a 10 digit code on the lock.

The cabin was very up to date meaning it has WiFi ,smart tv and such . It was very clean and had all the necessities needed, the lake front was beautiful only wish they had a paddle boat or kayak other then that it was a grate experience
