The living room boasts delightful wooden accents here and there to showcase a rustic, yet modern ambiance. It also has two comfortable sofas near a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with Roku. It's the perfect setting for movie nights, lazy evenings at home, and a great place to gather overall. Right off the living room is the access to the lakefront deck, which boasts a gas grill, incredible views of the surrounding nature and Road Lake, and a seating area. Back inside, the eat-in kitchen has been appointed with all the modern, stainless steel appliances and cookware needed to whip up everything that comes to mind. Use the free Wi-Fi available to look up recipes and surprise your family with a delicious full-course meal. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area, which offers a six-person dining table, but if you need more dining space or would like a more informal setting, the kitchen has a four-person high table. This level also offers a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a half bathroom.

The ground level of this charming home has a cozy family room with a sofa, two armchairs, a wood stove, a large flatscreen TV, and a convenient desk, access to the patio where a nice firepit area awaits, one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mini-fridge to store your snacks and goodies.
