This wonderful three-story home is conveniently located on the island of Minocqua, near the Bearskin trailhead and public boat landing on Lake Minocqua, and within walking distance to all restaurants and shops that Minocqua has to offer. Guests can enjoy all of the luxuries of dock access during their stay.

The home's second level, which is at the street level, hosts the main living space. A carpeted living room awaits with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a quaint coffee table, and a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services. From here you can also see partial views of Lake Minocqua. If you would like to admire it from another point of view, step outside to the furnished deck. Back inside, the galley-style kitchen is complete with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - the group's cook will have everything they need to whip up tasty meals and snacks for the gang. Then, gather at the dining table off the kitchen that seats six people comfortably. This level also features a bedroom and a full bathroom.

The basement is home to a secluded second living room with a sectional, a rocking chair, and another smart TV; a full bathroom; and a storage area with a washer/dryer, sink, ironing board, and a full-size fridge. And last, but not least, the third level has two bedrooms - the main bedroom has an en suite half bathroom.

The amenities are all top notch and the location is within walking distance of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping. This unit also has a unique history which is on display in the home.

The Catalog Cottage is in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants in downtown Minocqua. The property is well maintained, well appointed for both comfort and function, and has spacious bedrooms. While it’s not ideal to have one of the full bathrooms located in the basement, for a short stay it’s manageable and better to have it than not have it. I would stay there again.

The Catalog Cottage is very cute, cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is in the perfect location with easy walking distance to town and some restaurants and bars. This year the weather was a plus; very pleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the porch taking in the warm sun. We also caught quite a few fish off the pier; Blue Gills, Perch and Bass. Looking forward to returning next year for another relaxing vacation.

We had 3 girls stay at the house. It had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was perfect. It was clean and not cluttered. There were just a few small things that needed attention. A broken chair on the deck and ice machine worked only half of our stay. Other than that the house is great. Great location. We we’re able to walk to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops.
