Inside, the two-story home features a welcoming open floor plan with new flooring that adds a touch of modern elegance. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering with loved ones—play your favorite board games or stream a movie on the smart TV. Beautiful location and gorgeous views from the home. Extremely clean and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Jessica was easy to communicate with and would text right away if we needed anything. We stayed during the wintertime and our two full size trucks fit in the driveway. Would book this property if we were to stay in Eagle River again.

We always pick a weekend in January to getaway with family. We had never been to Eagle River and thought it would be fun. The house was located close to town - we ventured out each day to take in the sites and visit some local establishments. Highly recommend Smugglers and Craftsman.

We just finished our first (but not our last) stay at Mitchell Point Cottage. What a great place! We were in Eagle River to drop our son off at school and this provided a perfect place to land. We were greeted by a family of deer the moment we pulled into the driveway. The home is newly updated, very clean, and very comfortable. You could easily have two separate families stay or a good split for kids/adults with the two living room spaces. Extra large (HUGE) master bedroom on the main floor. Cozy furniture and very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and even some toiletries to utilize. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities and they do have both a Keurig as well as traditional coffee maker. The location is fabulous and very quiet being fully surrounded by mature trees and nature. We absolutely loved our time there and will be back for sure. Great place in a beautiful location!

Excellent house close to the lake, town and trails. Quiet location and stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space for a couple families to share comfortably. We would stay here again.
