The guest house also offers a second living area with a gas fireplace, sofa, and TV as well as a comfortable and screened sunroom. Outdoor fun is right at your fingertips with two docks (each around 40-feet in length) for tying up your boats, swimming, or fishing. Clean your catch in the shed located behind the home complete with a water station and bait fridge.
