Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.

Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.

Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. For ease and comfort, we recommend driving to the complex, though it is conveniently located less than half a mile away.
