Olympus Water Park. Three excellent golf courses, including one at Chula Vista, also vie for your attention. Wintertime visitors will love the indoor/outdoor water park at the resort, plus easy proximity to snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing at Christmas Mountain. No matter when you’re here, don’t leave without sampling some of the Dells’ famous fudge. Everything
It was a very nice condo with everything we needed. It was quiet. We will stay there next time.
The size of the room was good, we were able to bring our 2 dogs and the location to our kids sports tournament was perfect. For these reasons only, the room was great. However, there was a smell in the room that was so incredibly bad, so strong that it overpowered you right when you walked in. It was a smell so strong you never got used to it. The room was also quite dirty. My dogs kept finding crackers and dog kibble pieces on the floor left over from pervious guests. When we tried to open the sleeper sofa and took off the cushions, there was lots of crumbs and bits of food all over. My kid refused to sleep in it, didn't even want to open. Last, there was no TV remote so no TV all weekend. All you could do was turn it on or off, no channels, not even manually. The smell and missing remote was reported that first day but never fixed. We then needed a late check out due to tournament schedules. When asked if they would cover the $22 late checkout fee just as a small token for all the inconveniences, we were denied. Such a shame that something so simple as to cover a $22 fee would not be considered.
The room was dirty. There was a straw and fries under the bed, the vent was extremely dusty, and there was trash throughout the halls and stairs. The microwave looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Don’t take your shoes off, the carpet is sticky. The room was dark even with all the lights on. Chula Vista has really gone down hill!
