Not even a mile north of the resort is a marina where you can rent pontoon boats or jet skis to ride on the Wisconsin River! The downtown area is just a short drive away, where you can discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. Don't forget to sample Wisconsin's famous cheese curds!

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home as you sit on the plush furniture, curl up by the grand stone fireplace, or watch a movie on the TV above the mantle. Prepare grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.

Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.

Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available.
