The main living room TV was not working the entire trip which put a damper on the family vacation. I've asked for compensation for this inconvenience but was denied.

Condo itself was nice enough - comfortable sofas, king bed, decent enough bunk beds. Kitchen was nice, though it said they had salt, pepper, a few other basic spices stocked - they did not. Bathrooms are nice enough, but a couple grab bars in the showers/near the toilets would be helpful. VACASA told me 3 different times that the condo had elevator access - it DOES NOT. If my MIL had been in a wheelchair, we'd have been up a creek. It was a bit difficult as it was for her to go up and down the stairs but she managed. However, had we been told there was no elevator, we would have booked elsewhere.
