Delton Grand Resort #424

There are two dislikes. As captioned, entrance code. We were given the wrong code to enter. We wasted easily a half hour getting that straightened out. Once we had the code, entering it was a hassle. We would start to enter the code and it wold drop out or reset to start. We used a rock to keep the lower door open. Next is the "smart" TV's there should be directions on how to get local channels and operation of the tvs. We were stuck with two channels, one on each tv. There was not "guide" available on either tv. Smart my ass! Oh yeah, the screen on the patio door was ripped. No big deal, just shows lack of care.

House it's self was really nice and clean . Bed was hard to get into. But view of the lake was awesome.

We stayed for weekend in July for our anniversary. The condo was very clean and well-appointed for a weekend. The view was spectacular with beautiful sunrises. We used the balcony a lot during our stay. The pool area was a short walk and also very nice. The only downside was obtaining the code for entry to the unit was difficult and got a bit frustrating. That's the down-side of off-site management groups.

Beautiful pictures got my attention. Poor menedment. The entry code was never sent. Had to call to get it. The girl was sending us to go thrue the glass door,... they don't know the property. Garbage was left in a room Balkony wasnr swept. We had to figure out where the oudoore and indoor pools are. 3 sepeeate buildings, how do you think people can know. You walk in an apartment and.... where are the rest for what you had pay and for what you came here.? 4 or more gas grlls - not even one was working. How is that? Ower $400 per night from almost 5pm check in and 10am chek out. Disappointed, woud not recomend unless you are ok just staying in a room (beatifull wiew and spacies apartment)and for a better price not $400.

We have stayed at Delton Grand Resort (this building) 6-7 times over the last five years. We always have a great time. This was our first negative experience with the inside temperature being 87 degrees when we arrived.

Nice quiet retreat with an amazing lake view.
