The Sanctuary - Serenity Now 418A

Love the penthouse and the views of the sunset. Keys didn’t work properly and we wasted a lot of time trying to get in everytime we went somewhere and came back. The condo is beautiful and it was very clean.

This was the perfect condo by the ocean for a family staycation. It was quiet, clean, easy to find and comfortable. The customer service was excellent and the staff made us feel seen and welcomed.

The views were spectacular! Beautiful pools and building is right on the beach. Unit needs a deep and detailed cleaning but furnishings were fine. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies if you plan to cook a meal. Parking was great.

The condo was spacious and well furnished. Our family enjoyed the use of both patios and views of the bay. Quiet and lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and were pleasantly surprised that it looked just like the photos. It is a rental of course, so there are bound to be minor wear and tear on some things, but it was overall in wonderful shape and very comfortable for our stay (6 adults and 5 children). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook half of our meals, and there was ample space for us all to sit and enjoy the common areas. There are 3BR and 3.5 baths (incl. 3 bathtubs). There was ample space in the upstairs bedroom for us to set up our queen airbed for our two children to sleep on for the week. It was a quick walk to the beach, and we had a beautiful view over the bay to watch the sunset. We ate at both Jose Tequila's and Baja and really appreciated having two decent, kid-friendly restaurants so close. We did not visit the pool, but did note that they closed at 8p I think. We utilized the onsite grill one evening, however only 1 out of the 12 grills was working apparently, so we did wait in line for it. The swim-up bar was not open during our stay. We were worried about lugging all of our beach stuff up the elevator at the end of each day, but this unit does come with a storage closet that fit all of our chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. You can access the storage unit by hitting GR in the elevator (it's located on the other side of the wall from one of the parking spots). I don't recall the storage closet being advertised, but it was a wonderful perk. We only slept in the upstairs bed, which was firm but comfortable. I did wish that I had brought my own pillow from home though. We had 3 cars but only 2 parking passes, so the first night or two, one car paid overnight parking at Little Island Park ($10/night, you can leave but cannot re-enter after 630p I think). After the first night, the 3rd car found a spot on Sandfiddler Rd for free. Thank you for the great memories -- we would certainly consider booking this condo again in the future!

Great place for families. The pool was nice, although the swim up bar/pool was not open during our stay. Also, the outside hot tub was down for repairs. The upstairs hot tub in the master suite was hard to get hot water and the jets did not function. The double decks were nice to have, just watch out for the monster spiders! BaJa across the street was nice to eat at. There is also a rental place for jet skis across the street and a little souvenir shop.
