The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating for four at the spacious wraparound bar. The full kitchen includes top-of-the-line stainless appliances and all the accessories and gadgets you’ll need for cooking. High-speed WiFi access is available throughout the home, plus a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The top-floor penthouse suite features an upholstered rocking chair, an HDTV, and a DVD player. You'll love relaxing on the private balcony, complete with comfortable lounge chairs and fabulous views. The downstairs primary suite offers a large private balcony with gorgeous views and rocking chairs, a 32-inch HD TV, and a spacious private full bath. The second downstairs suite also includes a 32-inch HDTV and a spacious private full bath. The fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
