The open kitchen, complete with granite countertops, essential appliances, and plenty of cabinet and pantry space, is equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. The butcher block dining table comfortably seats six, while the bar-height counter off the kitchen is ideal for quick snacks or casual meals. Each bedroom is a suite with its own TV, providing private comfort for all guests. The Sanctuary community offers fantastic on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Right next door is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, featuring a children’s playground and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball, with plenty of public parking for your guests.
