It's a great house for multiple families, with many bedrooms having private baths. Amenities include a large TV, high-speed WiFi, Ping-Pong, a pool table, and a grill. A Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen is a great way to wake up in the morning. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

The house is perfect for large families that would like to have private rooms with baths. The outside patio is fantastic with beautiful furniture and lounge chairs. I was very skeptical about renting this house, because of some of the bad reviews, but I assure you the house is clean and we enjoyed it very much. All houses are going to have a few things wrong, but nothing like the reviews posted here. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups and silverware. The pots were brand new. It now has a new BBQ since we did have a problem with the one , and Elliott brought us a new one promply. Some repairs are needed, but don't let those other reviews scare you away from this house. It really is nice.

The location can’t be beat! Bar with TV next to the pool, over looking the ocean! A private beach area to play games, build sand creations with a short walk to the ocean. The house itself could use updating, repair or replacement, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week.

The appliances were good (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens in the level 2 kitchen), layout of the bedrooms good, decor OK, adequate hot water for showers and dishwashers, but it needs a very deep cleaning inside and out!!! The pool needed cleaning. It did get very hot in the house when we used the ovens to cook dinner. The staff responded to all our requests in a timely manner. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the ocean view and being right on the beach.

House was great ! Pools were awesome! The house could have used a heavy cleaning and a few more kitchen items….but it was lovely to stay there !

The location, the number of bedrooms and baths suit our family perfectly. The furnishings could use some updates, but they are adequate. We have been coming to this property for 15+ years and plan to come back next year.
