The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed, trundle bed, and standalone full-size bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Beach days are made easy with complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella/cabana, cooler, and beach cart available for guest use. When you're ready for a break from the sand, take advantage of the community pools or year-round fitness facility. The well-stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining table that seats six and a bar area with seating for four. Amenities include a dishwasher, toaster, waffle maker, coffee machine, margarita machine, and Ninja blender. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
