Start your day with breakfast on the expansive living room terrace, which extends beyond other condo balconies to give you incredible east and south-facing views of the ocean, beach, and pier. It's truly one-of-a-kind! If you're craving some quiet time, retreat to one of the two private oceanfront balconies attached to the main suites. All three balconies offer breathtaking, stress-relieving ocean views, where you can watch surfers by the pier, dolphins, pelicans, and even whales on occasion. Grand Bleu is conveniently located on the same level as the pool and outdoor Viking grills, making family outings a breeze. The beach and beachfront pool are just one flight of stairs away, and after a few trips back and forth with the kids, toys, and towels, you’ll really appreciate the easy access this condo provides! For movie nights, the living room features a 42-inch LCD TV with DVD player and surround sound—perfect for enjoying your favorite films (don't forget to bring your own DVDs!) For extra togetherness on your vacation you'll find board games, puzzles, and books for everyone to enjoy. When you need your own space each bedroom has its own TV/DVD combo. When you book this fantastic escape, you’ll also have access to amazing shared amenities, including three outdoor swimming pools and two indoor fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

This was a nice place to stay. It has most of what you need. The complaints we had were more about the condition of the condo complex. It is a little run down and the key issue is absolutely ridiculous. Invest in getting keypads for all units. The pool was okay needs more shaded spaces. There are a lot of bugs but not sure how they can fix that. We had a good week and was sufficient space for us and our two kids.

Nice place to stay, loved the view from the 1st floor balcony. Key/ door entry on arrival was very difficult, needs to be replaced. Dryer needs to be updated, we had to run our load several times to get it dry. Kitchen supplies could use some going through and eliminate what does not work and replaced. We will return to this condo in the future.

This home was very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the use of some of the games and loved how comfortable the seating was. We never did figure out how to work the tv and multiple remotes and didn’t find instructions anywhere. That would be helpful, especially for rainy days when watching a movie would be fun.
