Your stay begins on the first floor, where you'll find a comfortable den with a sofa, a big-screen TV, a wet bar with a minifridge, a foosball table, and access to the deck and the private pool. There's also a screened porch at the water's edge - perfect for cooling off and enjoying the view. The first floor is home to three bedrooms and a full hallway bathroom as well. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll be greeted by an open great room with a huge kitchen overlooking the water. The beautiful blue and green tones are enhanced by gleaming quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances that include two dishwashers, two smooth-top downdraft ranges, a full refrigerator, and a microwave. The kitchen table seats six, the bar counter can accommodate four, and the dining room has a table for 12. The great room steps down to a larger living area with a bar table, a wet bar with a small fridge, and access to a full bathroom and laundry room. A second great room offers a large sectional with a TV. There are three more bedrooms on this level, including two primary suites. The third floor features a sitting room and two more primary bedroom suites. When you're looking for entertainment, you can play Ping-Pong in the detached garage or go fishing and crabbing in the bay right off your bulkheaded backyard.
