Easy access to the beach and a nice layout of the house. Our group loved the pool volleyball and the ice cream truck that came every day

Loved the pool and hot tub with two warm outdoor showers. The beach access is very close. The outdoor tv area was very nice. This place met all of our needs. Some of the receptacles are old and would not hold the thing you plugged in. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much!

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape, we came for family time at the beach not to stay in a house. The proximity to the beach is great, along with a view of the beach from the decks. Enough parking for all guess so no one has to be left out. Property has a pool, hot-tub, 2 outdoor showers, and games inside for adults and kids. Please be aware that this home is on the older side and has not seen an update, and has a few issues. The outdoor shower has exposed nails facing into the shower area and can cause a hazard. Most outlets are warn out and chargers simply will not stay plugged in under their own weight. The pool area is simply falling apart, the pool had to be filled multiple times during our stay as it would loose inches of water daily. The area around the pool is falling apart as well, along with becoming a habitat for ants. We came for the beach, not the house but a few small quick updates and new mattresses would go along way for now as larger updates get underway. Would we stay again...probably not until the safety of the pool, deck boards, shower nails, and electrical concerns we properly addressed. This house has so much potential and we hope to see updates.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape. The proximity to the beach entrance, the pool and all of the games for kids were great. The only issues we had were with no lighting near the stairs at night and the grill was very small. Otherwise, it's a nice family beach house.

Overall our group of 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children 6yrs and under enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and updated, had pretty much everything you could need from a utensil standpoint. Great location to beach, only ~3 minute walk to beach entrance. There are some things that need to be improved to make the house great. - Back Deck - Railing was missing a post, with deck being on 2nd story this was a potential risk with our young children; nails were bent/sticking out in some spots - not a significant amount, but could cause issue - Grill - The grill is extremely old and way too small for a house that accommodates ~15; the grill hasn't been cleaned in sometime, which caused slow uneven cooking, and big flare ups causing the gas to need to be turned off because of burning food - WiFi - WiFi worked great in main living room/first floor; on 2nd floor, in backyard, by pool, etc. WiFi didn't work at all. Highly recommend an improved router, adding a mesh network, etc. - Hot Tub - Extremely hot, 105 - 106 degrees, and unable to turn down as those controls were locked, which I understand because of potential for turning up too high, but overall should reduced temperature to recommended levels Overall we were happy with our stay and enjoyed it. A few things to improve/fix, etc. as mentioned about will go a long way. All things considered, we would stay again and recommend the property.

The ocean access was very close: just about 2 houses away. There were plenty of games available.
