Whether you’re enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset, the balcony provides the perfect spot to take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Elegantly furnished, this condo includes free WiFi, TVs, and access to three private pools as well as grilling stations surrounded by lush landscaping or stay active in the state-of-the-art exercise room equipped with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights. Once you experience Beach Escape, you may never want to leave! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
