Lazy Day-Z

Loved the location and the house was perfect. Outside and inside space were both perfect. We all agreed neat family vacation place to relax.

Great trip! Anytime you mix 10 adults and five kids under 5 in the same house things can get hectic. However there were so many places to just hangout that if someone needed to escape the occasional chaos no worries. Great pool time and the covered patio was nice! Second floor outdoor deck also nice. Only a short walk to the beach. Two thumbs up! I'd definitely do again. Thank you!

I will start by saying that in the many years we have been renting beach houses this house is in the top five. Very beautiful and spacious. Our favorite part of the house was the outside bar area. We all spent a lot of time there. With that said, upon arrival everyone noticed how dirty and sandy the floors were. Not swept or cleaned at all. The entryway table was sandy also as well as the indoor game tables. Cobwebs in corners, mirrors in bedrooms not cleaned. It seems the only thing done was beds were made and clean towels left for all guests. Outside there was a puddle of dried ice cream spilled on the concrete near the bar area furniture. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean counters etc for the week as there were none under the kitchen sink. For a house that sleeps 18 there is only a 5 cup coffee maker so if you have a group of coffee drinkers, bring your own coffee pot. We were sent a text shortly after checking in to rate the house/cleanliness. I could not give a good rating telling them why, but added how beautiful the house was. They did offer to send someone out, but by that time we had already cleaned and swept the floors on our own. Again, the house is beautiful and seems updated, but a deep clean is needed.

This house is definitely in the top 3 houses I’ve stayed in! Plenty of space for your group. The layout is perfect, the house is in good shape. Sometimes beach houses don’t look as good as the pictures, this house was exactly as pictured. If you’re seeing reviews saying it’s not clean….its mainly sand, at the beach. The house was clean and lovely. We had a group of 6 adults and 9 kids. Plenty of room for everyone, and lots to do! There are some random beach/pool toys, some beach chairs, a canopy, and a wagon, also books and some games. There is not a hairdryer 😂 which is not a big deal, but wanted to note. Everything else is there for you, and a literal 3 min walk to the beach. I would stay here again every year!

Roominess

We had 12 people from 2 families and the house was fantastic. The 2 master bedroom suites on the ground floor were great for the parents and the 4 kids with their +1 ones stayed upstairs in the 4 bedrooms. We really enjoyed the ground floor outside venue with TV and access to the pool area. The house location was close enough to the beach access so everyone had no problem walking back and forth to the beach - We plan on coming back in two years
