Ocean Heart is described as a beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed home that works especially well for large groups and family gatherings, with generous seating, comfortable bedrooms, and inviting shared spaces for relaxing and dining together. Guests frequently found the home clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, with a modern open living area, a well stocked kitchen, and attractive furnishings and decor that made the space feel welcoming. Its location was highly appreciated for easy beach access while also offering a peaceful bayfront setting with a private dock and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The views were a standout feature, with spectacular sunsets over the bay and stunning scenery from the main living areas, decks, and backyard. Guests repeatedly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, cooking area, and water equipment, which made the outdoor experience feel especially memorable. Ocean Heart was also praised for responsive management and for providing a comfortable setting that helped guests create special vacation memories.

Overview

Welcome to Ocean Heart, a spacious eight-bedroom beach house with three levels of modern living space and stunning sunset views over Back Bay. Recently updated, the home features fresh paint, revarnished steps, new outdoor furniture, a new display case, and beautiful landscaping with rows of rosemary bushes. New updates for 2026 include a concrete driveway as well as new countertop/backsplash and kitchen cabinets for the kitchenette on the 1st floor. The 2025 upgrades included two leather sectional sofas in the third-floor living room, seven new leather chairs in the bedrooms, a pergola over the hot tub, 20 new dining chairs, fresh artwork, and new appliances, including an A/C unit, a dishwasher, two French door refrigerators, and a new water heater. Each level offers bedrooms and gathering areas, perfect for large families. Relax on expansive decks overlooking the fenced pool, hot tub, and dock, or take a short walk to the beach. The great room is ideal for family time, featuring granite countertops, double appliances, and ample dining space. Two suites with private baths are on the top floor, while the middle level has three suites and a child-friendly bunk room, all with accent lighting and TVs. The lower level includes a kitchenette, a game table, and two bedrooms with easy access to the pool area. Enjoy sunny and shaded spots on the decks with panoramic views of the bay and incredible sunsets. Ample parking makes this home the perfect choice for your family vacation. Things to Know This home has a dedicated cleaner for the entire summer and there will not be any cleaning issues. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. In response to previous reviews regarding mold, we want to assure you that this property has had a thorough remediation process, followed by comprehensive testing that confirmed the absence of mold. We continuously strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at this property.

The Ocean Heart has literally the best sunset I have ever seen. The house sits on the sound side, one street over from the ocean. Sitting on one of the three decks at night was the highlight of our days. Simply beautiful. The house also has great outdoor living! Huge pool with resort style lounge chairs, firepit, dock, kitchen, and screened in gazebo. Inside did not disappoint. Very clean. Lots of room upstairs for all of us to eat and hang out. Furniture was new and there is cool colored rope lighting everywhere. Bring your step counter, lots of stairs but so worth it. We will be back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Ocean heart . It was exceptionally clean had nice furniture, interesting pictures, and beechy motif. And was quite comfortable.. We especially like the third floor’s open concept and modern airy gathering space for everyone . It also had a great modern kitchen.. The views were stunning, and the outdoor furniture was abundant and made of quality polywood and had a fresh look. We look forward to returning next year .

Loved having a bathroom in all the bedrooms. Outdoor living space was amazing and you can’t beat the sunsets! Having the pool, hot tub and the walkable beach was perfect! Family loved canoeing and kayaking too. Great vacation home for large families, needs some tlc though.

Ocean Heart is in a great location and was a good size for our group. The house appeared cluttery with excess decor, trinkets, and furniture. There were also minor issues with the dishwasher, basement refrigerator, dryer, and hot tub not functioning optimally. We spent a ton of time at the pool, and the entire pool area is amazing and gets great sun exposure. The house is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach with a pubic access. Not sure if I would stay here again, especially for the cost during peak season, but we did have a great week overall.
