This oceanfront home away from home features a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Hardwood, carpet, and tile adorn the floors. This corner getaway has a wraparound balcony overlooking the beach and the added bonus of views from the Back Bay. This beach home has one bed, two queen beds, and one double bed with a trundle. There are TVs in all bedrooms and a 40-inch HDTV in the living room. A library of books, DVDs, and games have been provided for times when you may be seeking cooler indoor activities. For your added convenience, there is a full-size washer/dryer. We also include access to our large garage storage unit. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
