Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. Streaming is available using your own accounts. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
