By the Beach enjoys an amazing beach location, with eight large bedrooms, a loft, five full baths, a newly renovated kitchen, and three stories of amazing views of sunny Sandbridge Beach. You'll love challenging friends to games of pool and foosball in the game room. Take a refreshing dip in the big sparkling pool, grill some surf and turf on the gas grill, or take a few steps and hit the beach! The sunroom is a wonderful spot for a good read in the evenings, with an expansive wrap around Trex deck for great ocean and bay views. The spacious family room, with its dramatic cathedral ceilings, 60-inch TV, and panoramic views of the ocean, is filled with natural light, bringing the beachy feel of Sandbridge Island right inside. This home has 4,000 square feet of space, and there is more than enough room and fun things to do to make your family vacation comfortable and an experience to remember. I had a couple of things after looking at the different properties in Sandbridge. Many of the houses and condominiums had very limited parking. Basically two. We had friends coming in from out of town and we needed parking spaces. The other criteria I was looking for was something that had enough bedrooms for everybody. And maybe a game room or a hot tub. This property, met all of our criteria. It had plenty of parking and there was a room or bathroom everywhere you looked which for our birthday dinner worked out so nice. There was so much dining areas for everyone. We decorated it beautifully for my husband’s 60th birthday and truly enjoyed the Stay. The party was a huge success.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long-weekend stay at this house. It's extremely spacious, and our big family group loved having so many bedrooms and bathrooms -- including on the first floor. This isn't a fancy house, so if you need highly updated/upscale furnishings, this might not be your place. But it was better than fine. We were extremely comfortable here and absolutely LOVED the easy access to the beach and the great ocean views from the living room, big porch, and several bedrooms. We sprawled out in the large, open living room during a big storm and enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. This place was perfect for our extended family gathering, and we'd be happy to stay here again. Our only regret was not paying attention to the need to bring certain items with us (hand soap and salt, especially), but this is a seriously comfy place in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic beach access.
