This is the second time we have stayed at Xanadune and it is perfect for our family. We love the proximity to the beach and how well stocked the house is (kitchen, starter supplies, beach chairs, etc.). Pickleball is also super fun! We hope to be back again!

The house is located right across the street from a beach access. The tennis court is lined for pickleball which is great. However, we were not able to adjust the net height for tennis. In the garage are ping pong and billard tables. Also, rackets, paddles and balls are provided for all sports as well as beach chairs. We loved the convenient access to the beach, the tennis court, fire pit and porches. The bathrooms could use some updating but the mattresses were very comfortable. We first stayed at this house in 1988 and then on and off for many years. We love the location and the house!

Our family of 12 have spent the last several years at OBX. This was our 1st trip to Va Beach. The house was roomy, comfortable and close to the beach, all great aspects for our family. Ocean views were very enjoyable. Both adults and kids enjoyed pickleball court. Amenities were plentiful and will allow us to pack less when we return next year. Comments for owners: First, thank you for sharing your house will us, it was a very relaxing vacation for the entire family. Also want to thank you for the welcome package it was extremely thoughtful and very much appreciated. I must tell you, we all enjoyed the pickleball court though I doubt we even came close to playing by the rules. Some of the older children got a little overzealous and not even your high fence could contain some of the shots. Thank goodness for Amazon next day delivery, hence the greenish balls vs. the original yellow. Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your home and have already made our reservation for 2025. Thank you ***
