Take 200 steps from the front door to the Chub Road Beach Access. Your beach home features a spacious screened patio overlooking the private, solar-heated pool and the canal leading to the bay. Enjoy easy access to the canal for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Bring your own equipment or rent locally and have it delivered. Blue By You is the perfect place to enjoy a long and relaxing vacation with friends and family. The first floor is a great fit for multi-generational gatherings featuring a primary suite with a spacious ensuite, complete with a newly remodeled, gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom is across from a hall bathroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A media library of books, movies, and games will keep everyone entertained after a fun day of sun, sand, and surfing. There are no stairs to navigate on the ground floor. A beautifully designed, well-equipped kitchen and dining area has two large islands featuring quartz countertops that seat guests. The kitchen flows into a family room with plenty of seating. Open the sliding door to gain access to a screened porch furnished with tables, a cushioned sectional, a mini-fridge, and a tropical bar. The large screened porch/sunroom provides refuge from the sun and a bug-free space to dine, play games, and gather to enjoy your family's company. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, eight LED TVs, and lots of games such as foosball, air hockey, a basketball hoop, and cornhole. Location is great! Beautiful bay in back of house. Beach is 2 blocks and takes about 3 to 5 minutes to get there by foot. House sleeps 12 people very comfortablely. Everything you need in a kitchen is here. Very clean rooms. Beds are soft and are so so when it comes to comfort. I wished there were more bed pillows. One pillow per person isn't always enough. The pool was nice and clean. I thought this was a heated pool, but it is solar heated. The temp outside was nice for mid September so the pool wasn't always chilly. Only negative issue was there was no where to fish. There is no doc and the bushes and trees are tall. There is no where to sit or stand to go fishing. But all in all.. great place to stay.

Wi-Fi was weak and issues with the tv but overall it was a very nice home. There are plenty of pots, pans and cooking items.

There was plenty of space for people to stay. The bathrooms are in strange places. There isn't a true dining room table. The staircase inside needs to be rebuilt. The stairs are too narrow and I felt I would fall down them when going downstairs. For the money, it was acceptable. Pool was already closed when all the other neighbors were still open.

Overall we enjoyed the house, my kids loved the pool, and the appliances in the house were nice and modern. We liked that it had 6 bedrooms. However, our first impression of the house was tainted because it was not clean at all. Other than changing the sheets, the cleaning staff had not cleaned anything, the floors were dirty, there was still hair in the bathrooms, etc.
