This spectacular beach home includes new flooring on the first and second floor, freshly stained decks with new furniture, new living room furnishings, upgraded bedding, and TVs in each bedroom. With an internet speed of 1GB, you'll have reliable connectivity for your online needs. This is a gorgeous, dog-friendly home featuring three levels of living space with deck views that will stay with you for years to come. The third-floor kitchen and living room boast beautiful bamboo floors and broad views of Back Bay - you will be entertained nightly by our famous sunsets. When evening falls, you'll love the home's nine cheerful and spacious bedrooms, most with their own private door leading onto the wraparound decks. There is a large private pool with lots of decking for lounging in the sun and a brand-new rejuvenating hot tub. The home includes canal access to Back Bay for kayaking, paddling, fishing, crabbing, or just taking in the natural treasures of the waterscape. You'll also be within walking distance of one of the widest parts of Sandbridge beach. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. Gas fireplace is only for off-season use from October-May. *Currently Out of Order

Plenty of room with a spacious layout and a nice, centralized living room and kitchen. The house itself was fine but definitely well lived in and a bit older, with some updates needed. The furniture was not quite what you’d expect for a higher end beach rental. That said, everything was clean and comfortable, and the location and views were fantastic. I’d stay again for the setting, just not at the rate we paid.

Our multigenerational family — plus our two dogs — had a wonderful stay. The kayaks were a huge hit with the teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return!

We enjoyed the home and the incredible views. The location is ideal with only a short walk to the beach and backyard access to the bay. The hot tub was a nice bonus. House was clean and rooms were very comfortable. Sets up very well for a large group.

We were a group of 12 spanning three generations. Lovely communal space, pool and hot tub were fabulous. The house is a typical rental with a bit of a sterile vibe. The towels etc provided by the management company are adequate but not luxurious and no beach/pool towels were provided. We made do. Not a spice to be found in the kitchen which was frustrating as we all flew in for this event. Yhe maintenance company was so fast to respond to issues with a lighting fixture and toilet. The views are phenomenal and overall we enjoyed our stay.
