Modern amenities include a large TV in the living room, smart TVs in each bedroom, a Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound stereo, a full-size washer and dryer, a jetted tub, high-speed WiFi, and two covered decks for relaxing in the sea breeze. Things to Know There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. NO Smoking. Smoking any substance is not allowed anywhere on the Seaside Condo premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
