Loved the view of the sunrise over the ocean from the back of the house and the sunset over the bay in the front. Very clean too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Really clean and had state of the art appliances and was spacious. Eventhough it was not summer, we enjoyed being so close to the beach so the kids go flying kites. Would love to book a week in the summer! A+!!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Lots of sunlight and a perfect location. It’s about a minute walk to the beach so we were back and forth between the ocean and the pool all day, which my family loved.

This was our first and will be our last visit to Sandbridge unfortunately. The house had a great location but with all the issues and lack of maintenance it really did ruin our experience. We ended up leaving a day early because it just was not pleasant. Pool was dirty and never cleaned while we were there, salt was put in the pool and just dumped and left for us to spread around Baby gate that was pictured in the listing was not installed properly Spiders and spider webs all over the house, inside out Could not use any of the outdoor decks because of the spiders, webs and bug poop all over them Kitchen is not equipped with enough utensils for a large family No working vacuum No broom - had to go out and purchase one House was dirty when we got here - carpet in living room still had food on it and so did the kitchen table Bathroom on first floor was dirty and full of spiders so no one could use it Outdoor shower was so dirty no one could use it

The house is beautiful. You can tell the owner takes pride in their home. As the outside furniture gets old they are replacing it with polywood patio furniture. This area has a spider problem . They come out when it gets dark and spin webs all over the outside decks. Don't let any clothes out overnight! We came in when they came out!! We enjoyed the pool area daily. Nice perk is having a bathroom right off the pool area.
