Loved the corner view with beach and bay view as well as the view into the south where the beach is untouched. Awesome to watch the moon travel across at night lighting the ocean.

The week we spent here was one our best at Sandbridge. The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed amenities and the beds were very comfortable. The only qualm we had was the amount of spiders and tiny flies that were in the balcony, especially the upstairs balcony, and the amount of spiders and spider webs that covered the outside of gorgeous wall of kitchen windows. I do believe that this is a building/HOA problem as I’m not sure how the owners themselves could take care of cleaning the outside of the windows on the fourth floor. We were also told by the person that cleans on the day we left that this is the case, and while they try to pressure wash when they can, the problem keeps reoccurring quickly. Overall I 100% recommend staying here. We had such a great relaxing week. They just really need to figure out the spider/bug problem on the outside of the facility as a whole.

Endless views of the ocean and the bay. The decks are amazing. The place has its issues like any rental property. The windows are disgusting, and it is difficult to see out without being on decks. The mattresses are mediocre. I have stayed in many homes and another condo at Sandbridge. I would return to this unit for the views.

The room was spacious and the view was marvelous. pools were both nice and the ability to grill was also a bonus. Lots of problems for keys and appliances not working to harassment from other tenants. I will not be staying here again.

The condo itself was great! It was very clean and had alot of space for our family of 10. The balcony was covered in spiders, it would've been nice had they cleared those before check in. Only 2 of the 4 bathrooms had good water pressure. There were 2 ice makers which would've been great had they both worked. We just bought bags of ice instead of going through to process of having to wait for someone to come fix it. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, bowels, and utensils. There is also a storage closet in the parking garage with beach gear chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. There was a wagon, but it was really rusted. We had brought our own beach gear, we used the closet of storage so we didn't track alot of sand into the condo. The property itself could use alot of upkeep work. Building B's inner pool only had the mens restroom available for use. One of the elevators worked sometimes but not always. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If we decided to vacation in Sandbridge again we would stay in the condo.

We’ve stayed in this condo twice over the past few years. It is spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 9, and you will not get better views of the ocean and back bay than from this property. The kitchen is well appointed, providing all you will need to prepare and serve meals during your stay. The furniture and cleanliness of the condo, however, both left much to be desired. The rugs, windows, and bathtubs in the property are all fairly dirty. The rugs need either a serious deep clean or to be replaced. The tubs were all dirty when we checked in, with hair and sand present in each one. There are spider and their webs in most of the windows in the dining room/kitchen area (albeit, outside, but someone should address this). ALL of the furniture, except the dining room table and chairs, throughout the condo needs to be replaced. Instead of updating the mattresses in the condo, they put 3 inch foam toppers on each one. One of the king sized beds has a queen size mattress on it, so be prepared for that. The beds are old and are coming apart, making lots of noise whenever you get in or out of bed or try to rollover. The wicker chairs and couch in the living room are old and dated and largely uncomfortable for trying to relax or enjoy tv in the evenings. In all, while we had a lovely week in Sandbridge, and made due with the amenities we were provided, we would not stay at this unit again unless the living room and bedroom furniture and mattresses are updated.
