Of particular note is the extremely large, elevated deck on the back of the house over the indoor pool, with an exceptional view of the sunset and plenty of space for large gatherings. Lounge around or swim in the outdoor pool or the heated indoor pool, available for year-round use. The house also includes a large modern kitchen, wet bars with ice makers on every floor, and a large commercial ice maker for nearly unlimited ice for prepping coolers for the beach. For indoor entertainment, there is a theater room with an 85-inch smart TV, Sonos sound system, and PlayStation. Every bedroom and living space has a smart TV. The game room has a pool table, a multi-game arcade system, and an air hockey table. One of the king bedrooms is also wheelchair accessible and located directly across from the home elevator. The remaining bedroom has two twin-over-full beds, offering additional sleeping flexibility. Gathering areas with half baths on each level allow ample room to spread out, and the large dining area offers seating for everyone. Three full-size refrigerators, two stoves, two dishwashers, and two large sinks make food storage, prep, and cleanup a breeze!

There are exterior cameras at the home for safety purposes. Pet Friendly! This home is ADA handicap accessible. Remotes are solar-powered. When leaving the property, they will need to be faced upside down to charge. Linens are provided for all beds except upper bunks, which are made on check-in day for all reservations.
